Basic information we may need to ask:
- Your contact information
- Company information
- Product information
- Countries your product will be sold
- List of any approvals you are pursuing or have received
- Standard(s) you would like your product tested against
- Any materials describing your product (what your product is, does and looks like)
- Pictures of your product
- Sales brochure
- List of materials and components used in your product
